Our state of the art process converts
pre-alloyed CNC chips directly into uniform, high flow rate powders, usable in a wide range of processes including DED, DMLS, SLM and powder bed printing.
With particle size distributions between 5 and 150 microns, our powders can be formulated for additional applications including metal injection molding, adhesives and spray coatings.
